The Liqui-Air is a glorified car radiator. It does a nice job of efficiently saving our environment thousands of gallons of thermal pollution in the way of cooling water. Personally I think every instrument should be fitted with one.
There is one flaw in the logic, especially deadly on instruments running at higher Wattages. If the system has difficulties either as a result of building, utilities, or a problem with the Liqui-Air itself, the over-temperature sensing bulb or RTD may not sense the excessive temperature in time to save the lamp or the PVC hoses.
