Paying a bill with a credit card:
1) Click the "add to shopping cart" button
2) Change the "quantity" on the checkout page to the number of dollars due.
(For NJ customers enter the "subtotal" on your invoice. All others enter the "Total.")
3) Click "update cart."
4) Click "secure checkout."
5) Enter your e-Mail address and password. First time users will have to establish a password with Paypal.
6) Be sure to enter you invoice number in the "instructions" box so your payment is applied correctly.
Notes:
The first time you use the service you will have to establish a login name, password, and give them the CC information. Future payments are as simple as setting the amount, logging in, and clicking “pay.”
Payments are processed by “Paypal” which is owned by eBay. Their security is well established.
This website is hosted by “Homestead.” They work in conjuction with Paypal and insure the transfer from this website to the "https" pages at Paypal are secure.
