CS5 Thermostat Replacement Kit: Another Quality Product from WD . . . Replace the increasingly expensive and ever fragile capillary bulbs with a robust J-Thermocouple and Digital Controller. Control is tighter than having the bulb on the side of the tank. Kits are $420.00 (a bit more than replacing both stats) and require wiring two leads up to the TB2 and TB10 terminal blocks in the cabinet. Existing thermostat and solenoid wiring connect easily to terminal blocks inside enclosure with no cutting or terminals required. RC Network included to damp solenoid noise.
